Title III Grant Writing & Evaluation
Title III grants provide eligible institutions of higher education the opportunity to become self-sufficient and expand their capacity to serve low-income students by providing funds to improve and strengthen the institution’s academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability.
Shaffer Evaluation Group has worked with community colleges and universities nationwide to write Title III grants, prepare pro bono the evaluation plans for grant applications, and evaluate projects funded through Title III Part A (Strengthening Institutions Program; Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian Serving Institutions Program) and Part F (Native American-Serving Nontribal Institutions Program).
