Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) grants provide eligible school districts the opportunity to implement projects to meet the academic needs of military-connected students in their community and applications which establish, improve, or expand world language programs targeting K-12 students.

Shaffer Evaluation Group has worked with LEAs nationwide to write DoDEA grants, prepare pro bono the evaluation plans for grant applications, and evaluate projects funded through the DoDEA Military Connected Academic Support Programs (MCASP) award.
