Strategic Planning Support, 2014
SEG was contracted by the school district's Research and Accountability Office to facilitate 19 focus group discussions with internal and external stakeholders to collect feedback on the district's new strategic framework. SEG audio-recorded and transcribed each focus group discussion; analyzed the transcripts using qualitative analytic methods; prepared brief summaries of each discussion that documented the major themes; and produced a cross-group analytical report that responded to the original protocol questions, identifying major cross-group themes and sub-themes evident within stakeholder groups (e.g., recent graduates).
