Title III Strengthening Institutions Grant Evaluation (2021-2025)

 

A US Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education grant was awarded to Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) in October 2020. NICC's project objective utilizes a CRM system to track student progression and development of competency-based education programs, in business and welding. ​The project’s impact on the institution and student outcomes will be evaluated using a fidelity of implementation study, a formative evaluation study, and a summative evaluation study.

SEG provides consulting support and plans and conducts an annual evaluation that documents project implementation, monitors progress, and, in the final year, measures changes in tracking of students through their career pathways, accessibility of data and reporting capabilities, and communications with students.
