Kari Gray

Research Assistant

Kari earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Randolph-Macon College with a specific interest in social research. During her undergraduate years, Kari led a project working with LGBT+ peers, as well as a project focusing on juvenile justice. She is starting her career path with Shaffer Evaluation Group. She has experience in K-12 as an afterschool youth program leader in Hampton, Virginia, and Ashland, Virginia. Kari has worked one-on-one with many students in marginalized groups, such as LGBT+ and mentally disabled students. She is looking forward to aiding other students through research.
