​Courtney received her doctorate at North Carolina State University in Developmental Psychology, where she researched teacher-student interactions in the classroom context using survey methods and quantitative analyses. Courtney’s training includes: regression, hierarchical linear modeling, and structural equation modeling. Prior to receiving her doctorate, Courtney received her Masters in Clinical Counseling, and worked as a behavioral and teaching assistant at a special education school in a K-3 classroom. Courtney is passionate about education, data, and helping others through research.
