Nicole graduated from the Industrial-Organizational Psychology master’s program at East Carolina University in 2017. In tandem with her graduate degree, she earned a certificate in Quantitative Methods for the Social and Behavioral Sciences. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2014. Nicole previously worked at GlynnDevins, a consulting and marketing firm, as a research assistant. Her educational background and previous work experiences have resulted in a diverse knowledge of research, including survey administration, quantitative statistical analysis, leadership assessment measurement, and research design.
