Connecting Social Emotional Support to College and Career Readiness, 2015-2020
SEG conducted a fidelity of implementation study, as well as a formative and summative evaluation, of the school district’s SES and CCR initiative. SEG designed the evaluation plan, including a matrix and data collection schedule. Evaluation activities include an annual site visit with focus groups, review of CCR plans, stakeholder feedback forms, and program fidelity checklists. Summative outcomes are measured by a district climate survey. Evaluator's status reports are provided each semester for PCPS to use formatively to monitor program implementation, identify successes and challenges, and plan for next steps. Annual reports were generated and provided to the funder each year. This project is supported by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA).
